Get Me Learning Resources (GMLR) began in 2008 as an essential support tool for businesses with learning and development needs. GMLR is just one division of Get Me Enterprises. The others are SpeedTrain (a range of real-time online training courses) and The eLearning eXperts (specialists who deliver online training programs).

Our founder and director, Karen Moloney

Karen began her learning and development career in the U.K. in 1992, at a time when organisations were starting to equip their employees with personal computers. Thrilled to be involved in such a huge transformation, Karen threw herself into learning everything she could about this exciting new way of working. Soon after, she trained as an instructional designer and designed and delivered classroom and computer-based training programs for organisations such as the Ministry of Defence, The British Army, Rolls Royce, Barclays Bank, SAP and Northern Foods in the UK. In 2000, Karen and her husband moved to Sydney, Australia, where Karen undertook studies in e-Learning at the University of Technology, Sydney. She went on to work with the NSW Police Service, Department of Education & Training, Colonial First State Property, ASX Perpetual Registrars, Michael Page International, and Derwent Executive. These roles broadened her experience in information technology and soft skills training in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Japan.
